Requirements
- Familiar with online and offline retail business.
- Good planning, organizing, executing, and analytical skills.
- Customer-oriented and the ability to manage multiple promotional activities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to interact with members through social media platforms such as wechat, whatsapp.
- A team player.
Responsibilities
- Create, develop, and execute marketing plans, schedules, budgets, and customer-service systems.
- Manage all marketing events, promotional activities and ad-hoc projects end-to-end for own retail stores.
- Liaise, coordinate and handle marketing events and promotional activities with retail malls, 3rd party platforms and agencies.
- Co-ordinate with HQ and external parties, oversee the development of marketing materials including designs, contents and production.
- Arrange for participation in periodical tradeshows including babyfairs.
- Post event and promotional activities reviews.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to generate leads for products and services.
