Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Marketing or relevant field
Minimum 3 years’ experience in Digital Marketing field.
Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics.
Proven result in digital marketing campaign
Experience in data tracking setups (UTM tagging, Pixels, conversion APIs) performance
Knowledge in digital marketing channels and tools (SEO, SEM, Social media), Analytical skills (Google Analytics / Web and Trends Analytics / Competitor Analytics)
Possess good leadership skills;
Good communication skills ;will be expected to initiate certain projects to improvise current processes/ cost-saving initiatives;
Provide guidance and support to team members and assigned team members' work and roles to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations.
Assist to manage the day-to-day operations of the Digital Marketing team on developing, launching, and creating google adverts, conducting research, and reporting.
Assist in the analysis of marketing data such as campaign results, conversion rates, and traffic to help shape future profitable marketing strategies.
Assist in actively engaging and improvising SEO optimization, PPC, Facebook, and other digital marketing tools to meet targets
Work with the Digital Marketing Manager to recommend strategies and optimizations to campaign structure, keyword opportunities, audience targeting, and other PPC related activities aligned with marketing objectives.
Monitor, measure, and track all relevant digital platforms’ performance (e.g. Google Analytics and AdWords) to ensure effectiveness of the tool used to meet the marketing KPIs and objectives.
Assist in managing and utilizing digital budget effectively to achieve maximum ROI
Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager to own regular reporting on paid marketing performance using current reporting frameworks and suggest/implement improvements to current reporting tools.
Supervise employees' work and provide feedback and counsel to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Conducting interview, selection, and training of new team members.
Initiate and propose suggestions and work on improvement plans to achieve and excel set targets.
