Requirements
- Must be able to speak and write English and Mandarin
- Minimum have 3 years of sales management experience
- Travel experience is required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Microsoft Excel competency
- Enthusiastic, motivated, and good team player who is results-driven, strong in sales, and good at motivating the team.
Responsibilities
- Promote travel tour packages to the customers.
- Manage the team sales and personal sales, achieve sales target and meet the expectations set by the management of the company
- Provide weekly reports and updates on the team, team members and improvements required.
- Manage the duty roaster and timetable of the team
- Provide sales training and arrange tour package training with the planners
- Be responsible for the resources given by the company
- Quick to provide and implement solutions when facing problems or questions
