Requirements
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
- Candidate must possess at least SPM or equivalent.
- Must not be shy to approach potential customers face-to-face
- Able communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Proven track record in sales and marketing, preferably in a similar industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Willingness to travel when necessary
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve company sales targets
- Research and analyze market trends to identify potential growth opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring excellent customer service at all times
- Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and participate in events to promote our products/services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of sales and marketing strategies
- Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates and recommendations to management
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products/services and industry trends
- Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and conferences to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
