Requirements
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field (added advantage for experience in skincare/cosmetics/beauty/personal care)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Candidates must be hard-working, proactive & sales orientated
- Pleasant personality, sociable with a positive attitude.
- Possess own transport
- Outgoing, outspoken and fast learner
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Candidate who can start immediately will be added advantage
Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities and maintain good business relationship with existing and potential customers.
- Possess excellent communication skills, customer relationship/service management and ability to multitask
- Contact and respond to current and prospective customers to sell and explain products and services.
- Initiate, prepare quotation and follow-up with customers/clients to resolve problems and/or for both local and export market and answer questions.
- To conducting market survey and market research on various fast-moving consumer products.
- Responsible in providing excellent customer service through responding to customer enquiry, arrange appointments and after sales services.
- Maintains quality service by responding to customer on a timely manner, solving customer issues/complaints, and recommending business solutions to the clients)
- Update website and social media content in order to drive brand awareness and attract new customer.
