Requirements
- Have experience in running online campaign and on-ground events
- Understanding on the latest event technology, event trends
- Candidate must posses at least a Diploma or equivalent.
- Must understand Mandarin
- Have 2- 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Creative, Dynamic and able to work independently to manage events with smooth flow & with great satisfaction.
- Must have own transport, willing to travel.
- Have outstanding interpersonal skills, proactive, initiative, process oriented, good teamwork spirit, good follow-through on work and is able to multi-task on projects & adhoc requests.
Responsibilities
- Plan, initiate and implement efficient marketing strategies
- Creative in organizing and implementing promotion activities
- Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends and brand awareness
- Initiate and conduct surveys to assess client requirements and satisfaction, performing client relationship management. Identify success stories.
- Maintain relationship with media and potential partner to ensure collaboration in promotional activities.
- Monitor progress of campaigns/projects using various metrics and submit reports of performance.
- Collaborate with the management in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses.
- Undertake ad-hoc assignments as and when requires.
