Requirements
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to perform under pressure.
Responsibilities
- Manage Customer Account
- Monitor in coming Purchase Order, issue sales order and other related.
- Prepare export documents related
- Responsible for order management. Ensure accurate, promptly response and on time delivery.
- Attend customer enquiries, Manage customer account.
- To process and monitor in coming Purchase Order, issue sales order and plan/ schedule for delivery.
- Escalate the delivery schedule to Warehouse to ensure fulfill customer’s delivery requirement.
- Build up rapport with customers.
- Keep customer update on product movement, delivery date and latest information.
- Issue monthly forecast to Planning Department.
- Monitor stocks and ensure customer stock is always at agreed level.
- To prepare export documents and liaise with customs on necessary approval.
- To ensure all records are properly maintained, updated and remain traceable. Prepare monthly departmental KPI report.
- Maintain customer database in SAP system.
- To perform any others duties as assigned by superior.
