Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
  • Experience in Full set of account will be added advantage for this position.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English. Ability to converse in Mandarin will be added advantage
  • Required Skill(s): SQL Accounting, MS Office
  • Analytical thinker, multitask and problem solver.

Responsibilities

  • Perform details checking of daily invoices and delivery order.
  • Key in supplier invoices & prepare payment vouchers.
  • Handle & record all petty cash claim.
  • Monthly Payroll Preparation for all staffs.
  • Bank Reconciliation
  • Processing transactions, issuing checks, and updating ledgers, budgets, etc.
  • Handle delinquent customers' request for interest waivers, queries on invoices and outstanding.
  • Manage Administrative jobs, maintain proper and up to date record.
