Requirements
- Open to Junior and Senior position, as long as have knowledge in SQL Accounting System.
- Good communication with colleague and customer (when needed).
- Able to speak and write in Mandarin and English.
- Able to start work immediately is preferable.
- Possess Own transport (Allowance Provided).
Responsibilities
- Handling full set of accounts, including bank reconciliation, prepare budget report, monthly management accounts, month-end general ledger close journal entries.
- Ensure accounting transactions are correctly and accurately posted in system.
- Liaise with external auditors, external tax agent, secretarial and any relevant parties.
- Provide doc / information to auditors / tax agents for statutory audit purpose, include settle audit query.
- To ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Handling SST transaction and reports.
