Requirements
- Welcome to Graduates/School Leavers
- Prefer Ladies to apply
- Fluent in Mandarin will add bonus
- Candidates without experience are encouraged to apply, training will be provided.
- Have experience on similar industry will add on advantage
- Good attitude, fluent in Mandarin and English
- Basic computer operation, good attitude, hard-working, & Willing to learn
Responsibilities
- Interact with consumers (phone calls, emails, live chat, social media...)
- Use an appropriate tone of voice to build and maintain rapport with consumers.
- Deliver a consistently great consumer experience.
- Answers consumer questions and resolves consumer concerns in accordance with applicable procedures and policies.
- Accurately capture all necessary information from consumers to ensure meaningful data and reporting.
- Basic computer operation, good attitude, hard-working, willing to learn
