Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level.
- Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in Admin
- Welcome for fresh graduate
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office
- 5.5 Working Days a week. (Mon to Sat)
Responsibilities
- Handling daily jobs for both import and export shipment.
- Handling any document inquiries from internal/ external customers.
- Provide excellent customer service in export and import operations,
- Coordinate with freight forwarders and coordinate internally for import/export shipments
- Inventory tracking and control
- To be the point of contact in daily with management department
