Requirements

Responsibilities
- To provide Consultation, Network Design, Planning, Installation, Implementation, and Documentation, for I.T. network and security projects and cases involved.
- To be able to present and propose solutions to the clients.
- To provide technical pre-sales support to the Sales Team.
- To handle and manage the Technical Team and periodically reports the status of all technical cases to the superior.
- Provide support and guidance to the Information Managers by sharing design knowledge, best practice, methodologies, approaches, and solutions to achieve business requirements.
- Responsible for the administration and enforcement of IT security policies, configurations, procedures for Network Systems, for clients, and the entire UES Group of companies.
- Be the subject matter expert for the solutions we carry and product specific activities, including coordinating demos and testing, preparing tenders, product presentations, deployment and implementations, support and maintenance, customer service, etc.
