Requirements
- Possess Diploma/Degree in Business or IT discipline.
- Preferable at least 2 years of working experience in the related field.
- Capable in presentation, proposing solutions, preparing quotations and tender submission.
- Strong interpersonal presence, able to work both independently and as a team.
- Able to inspire customer confidence through professional presence, self-confidence and proven results.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa. Both verbal and written.
- Applicants must be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
- Willing to travel with own car and valid driving license.
Responsibilities
- To develop and manage corporate clients and business partners. Responsible to market the IT Security and networking products and services of the company.
- Drive professional and prompt service experience on all our deliverables towards customers satisfaction.
- Establish and maintain good relationship with customers by meeting customers' requirements and expectations.
- To coordinate post sales activities which include delivery, installation of solutions, billing and collections.
- Provide reports to superior with customers' progress and make appropriate recommendations to improve overall sales performance.
- Ensure customers' needs and satisfactions are achieved to the best interest of the customers and the company.
