Requirements
- Ability to communicate in both Mandarin and English.
- Prefer candidates with 1 years experience as telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role in aesthetic field/beauty industry would be an advantage.
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone.
- Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. MS Office).
- Excellent communication and presentation selling skills.
- Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints.
- Persistent and results-oriented.
- Patient and able to handle customer rejection.
Responsibilities
- Talking to potential customers on the phone or via social media and provide information about aesthetics treatments, services and products.
- Recommending suitable aesthetic treatments, services and products to potential customers.
- Advising on aesthetic concerns related to skin, hair, body and face through the usage of the latest aesthetic technologies and products.
- Obtaining customer general information.
- Following up on potential customers.
- Service-oriented with self-motivation for achieving sales targets.
