Requirements

  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, or any related field.
  • Have at least 3-5 years of related experience in Human Resource management a preferred.
  • Excellent knowledge of various HR functions such as pay & benefits, recruitment, onboarding, evaluation, training & development etc.
  • Good understanding in Labor Law.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Excel, Power Point & UBS software is an advantages.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solver, strong ethical standards, sympathetic attitude, quick decisions, integrity, patience, formal authority, leadership, social responsibility, good communication skills.
  • Uphold the confidentiality of all employee information.
  • Pleasant personality, self-motivated & teamwork.

Responsibilities

  • Reporting to Chief Finance Officer (CFO) & company’s Directors.
  • Plan, implement and manage the overall Talent Acquisition strategy and process.
  • Assist in performance management and employee evaluation process.
  • Responsible in ensuring all employee data and records are updated promptly.
  • Drawing up plans for future personnel hiring procedures and goals.
  • Support in overall HR needs, programs, and services of the company in line with company policies and programs.
  • Know how to do HR monthly/yearly report for present to the company Directors.
  • Responsible in payroll administrative input and calculation for monthly salary, and other payment for statutory requirements such as SOSCO, EPF, EIS, LHDN & HRD Corp.
  • Provide counselling and support on policies and procedures.
  • Handle disciplinary cases: - investigate, issue show cause & warning letter.
  • Day-to-day HR operation & ad-hoc task given by superior.
  • Handle of industrial trainees and protégé programs.
  • Have a clear understanding of company policies and answer employees' queries about HR-related issues and have a clear understanding of HR compliance and can act in accordance.
  • Assist to provide guidance and support to team members.
  • Serve as a mentor to junior or new team members when the need arises.
  • Serve as the acting team leader in the absence of the CFO.
  • Assist to conduct interview, selection, and training of new team members.
  • Assist to assigned team members' work and roles to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations.
  • Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the human resources function on employee relations, administrative, payroll, and benefits programs.
  • Assist in supervising the work of employees and providing feedback and counsel to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Hold high esteem for the quality of your work and ensure all work is done and completed according to the set-out timeline.
