THE ROLE:

  • Responsible for getting the work done on time and managing the overall project schedule
  • Coordination with vendors and team contractors in order to get the work done
  • Maintains clear and effective communication of all project-related details and data
  • Contract position with 20 hours a week to start


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Sets up client operations documents and processes in Dropbox, Basecamp, etc.
  • Assigns tasks in Basecamp to keep project on task
  • Schedules meetings in Calendar and connecting Zoom
  • Organizes content for presentations to provide to account manager and/or designer
  • Coordinates vendors and files for print materials, etc.
  • Included on all written contact to keep pulse of project
  • Maintains job costing documents, tracks hours, and reports back to Account Manager
  • Only communicates with clients via email to send reports, files, etc.
  • Needs to be available during standard Eastern Standard Time operating hours


YOU WILL LIKELY EMBODY THESE CHARACTERISTICS:

  • You have previous marketing agency or creative experience.
  • You have knowledge of print production.
  • You have some digital marketing experience.
  • You have a base knowledge of Adobe creative suite.
  • You do what you say you will do when you say you will do it.
  • You enjoy people and are able to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.
  • You are tech-savvy and arent afraid to learn new platforms or technology.
  • You are a problem solver and arent dependent on others to tell you how to move forward.
  • You have a strong personality and are willing to push (gently) when necessary in order to stick to the schedule and deadlines.
  • You have the ability to manage lots of small details for multiple projects at the same time.
  • You are organized and able to create documentation that is easy for others to understand.
  • You can follow direction from leadership and dont need to be micromanaged.
  • You enjoy working behind the scenes and supporting a coordinated team effort.
