- In charge of the recruitment process including cold calling, resume screening, scheduling interviews, administering evaluations, and conducting reference checks.
- Work with Manager to devise and execute search strategies.
- Develop a proactive pipeline of candidates.
- Provide accurate, up-to-the-minute market analysis to manager to execute strategies that enhance the Company's recruitment brand.
The role will enable you to gain both valuable commercial experience and transferable skills including Formal Correspondence, Talent Searching, Persuasion, Negotiation, and Sales related training. You would also get the chance not just working on local/ domestic placement, but also cross-border/ overseas hirings (white collars)!
