Requirements

  • Qualifications: Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma in related fields
  • Prefer candidates with 1 years to 2 years working experience in sales related role and accounts management.
  • Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, optionally Mandarin.
  • Proficient in sales skills and group presentation skills.
  • Qualified and registered optometrist or opticians in the optical industry will be an added advance.
  • Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Adaptable to change, able to pivot and find alternate solutions, demonstrated capability in meeting new challenges.
  • Good problem solving skills, able to navigate unexpected situations or conditions.
  • Critical observer-thinker, bringing fresh perspective and offer intuitive solutions and ideas.
  • Business-minded where applicable with entrepreneurship skill to ensure business success.
  • Have strong knowledge of applicable system automation, business solution softwares.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and conduct sales visits to optical practice
  • Achieves sales target and forecast in assigned accounts
  • Effective territory planning, preparation and account management, via the implementation of marketing, training and new product launches
  • Develops and executes annual account business plan that addresses customer & company objective
  • Execution of programs for major accounts with tracking metrics with the objective of growing the lenses category
  • Develops and builds strong customer relationships and partnerships across all stakeholders
  • Manages budget within guidelines, recommending avenues to optimise spends and to achieve positive business results
  • Provides training and technical support to ensure good customer experience. Optimise  resources to grow accounts in terms of activations and adoptions
  • Provides communication and coordination of all plans with internal team, partners and customers to ensure timely execution and monitoring of all programs within company policy
  • Generate reports with measurable KPIs to track and analyse accounts, brand, and campaigns performance.
  • Stay up-to-date in the latest market insights, best practices and technology
