Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years working experience
  • Basic account knowledge will be an advantage
  • Handle Admin Jobs
  • Self discipline with minimum supervision
  • Good communication skill in English, Malaysia and Mandarin will be an advantage

Responsibilities

  • Perform day-to-day secretarial and administrative support to Director.
  • Answer phone calls, messages and direct calls.
  • Maintain and update filing, mailing, database, and inventory in system.
  • Handle applications and renewal of licenses.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled tracking and reports.
  • Daily sales order, invoice, delivery order key in.
  • Able to handle enquiry and prepare quotation to client
  • Maintaining accurate records
  • Manage petty cash and claims
  • Following up ad-hoc matters
  • Assist operation manager in various task
