Requirements

Requirement

  • Minimum 1- 3  years job experience,
  • Minimum education level is Diploma. SPM with related experience can be considered
  • Able to communicate in well- verse English with customer. Mandarin is required.
  • Ability to communicate with Mandarin speaking customers will be added advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills, including verbal with proper grammar
  • Good computer skills
  • Good Multi-tasking skills
  • Customer Service Oriented
  • Work Location : Kuala Lumpur / Ipoh, Perak

 

Responsibilities

  • Answering phones from customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complaints
  • Reply customer emails and Whatapps chat
  • Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding product sales to customer service problems
  • Providing customers with the organisations service and product information
  • Identifying, escalating priority issues and reporting to the high-level management
  • Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources
  • Following up complicated customer calls where required
  • Obtaining and evaluating all relevant data to handle complaints and inquiries
  • Mantain positive , empathetic and professional attitude towards customer at all times
  • Maintain quality in work ethics and processes

 

Abilities 

  • Must be comfortable with high volume transaction
  • Proven track record for improving process efficiencies and solving problems
  • Excellent analytical , problem solving skills and multi-tasking ability
  • Ability to stay calm when customers stress or upset
  • Able to cope with pressure
