Requirements
- Proven experience working as a pastry chef or 2 years or more years experiences working within the food industry as a Pastry Chef/Assistant Pastry Chef, Baker or relevant role.
- Certificate in culinary arts, pastry-making, baking or relevant field
Responsibilities
- Mainly responsible for our cream puffs and sweet jars productions
- Able to follow company production SOP
- Other Ad hoc tasks in pastry sections
- Monitor and order ingredients, supplies and equipment
- Ensure the bakery section of the kitchen adheres to health and safety regulations
