Requirements

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
  • Exemplary planning and time management skills
  • Up-to-date with advancements in office gadgets and applications
  • High level verbal, written communication skills and good interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a team, high teamwork tolerance.
  • Able to work on weekends, public holidays and night up to 10 pm.
  • Energetic, multitask, hardworking and can work independently to complete the task.
  • No work experience required but willing to learn can apply.
  • Able to work remotely and in office.

Responsibilities

  • Record keeping & filing.
  • Cooperate with company events and participate in its implementation.
  • Processing orders via email or phone
  • Checking data accuracy in orders and invoices
  • Contacting clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
  • Maintain and update records
  • Develop monthly reports
  • Communicate important feedback from customers internally
