Requirements

  • Fresh graduate & SPM graduate is welcome!
  • Able to communicate in ENG & BM, Mandarin is plus point
  • Responsible & Patient to answer customer enquiry
  • Positive thinking will be plus point
  • Young Generation is welcome to join!

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customer via Whatsapp or SMS
  • Answer inbound call (not many call)
  • Explain product knowledge to potential customer
  • Request necessary document from customer to proceed for approval
  • Basic liaise with customer and pass to senior once document complete
  • NOT A SALE JOB, DO NOT NEED TO SELL PRODUCT TO CUSTOMER (But if you wish to try, we will provide opportunity)
