Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, in Human Resources or equivalent qualification in any disciplines complemented with relevant experience
Good Command in English
Minimum 3 years experience as a HR generalist focusing on Talent Acquisition and Industrial Relations with broad knowledge and experience in Malaysia Employment Laws, Reward, Workforce Planning, Learning, and Development
Possess business acumen, sound judgment, and able to work independently
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills with a great sense of urgency
The candidate must be willing to work in Petaling Jaya
5 work days: Mon - Fri (8:30 am - 6:15 pm)

Work in collaboration with the business leaders of the function and their teams to drive people and organization performance
Respond in a timely manner to employee relation matters including attending to grievances and disciplinary-related matters and ensure a fair resolution is attained for all parties.
Responsible for managing and providing support for the alignment of all HR-related processes, policies, and procedures with the business unit and best practice
To be responsible for managing the full cycle of talent acquisition activities including quality sourcing, interview, referral checking, and onboarding process.
Managing and maintaining a database of candidate records including active and passive prospects employee and candidates’ relationships.
Prepare a timely and accurate monthly and annual report on talent management and employee turnover and etc.
Conduct analysis and effective engagement for new hires & internal employees
Provide expert and technical advice and guidance to the business and to the wider HR team to ensure HR services are cost-efficient, effective, and compliant with best practice/legislation and regulatory standard
