Requirements
[Work From Home] Cantonese Speaker Customer Service Excutive - Johor
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Able to communicate in Cantonese (role requires candidate to liaise with Hong Kong clients) and English. Able to read Traditional Mandarin words.
- SPM leavers who are interested to start their career in a call centre are also encouraged to apply – Full Training Provided.
- You are required to work on rotational shifts. Will be given 1 day off in a week.
- Working experience in the service industry will be an added advantage for this position.
Responsibilities
You will play an important role in
- Handling all inbound calls pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other raising issue related to the company's products
- Exceeding customer expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.
- Working in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.
