Minimum of Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) and with minimum 1 year related sales experience
Result-driven and self-motivated individuals
Relevant experience in telesales
Good customer service skills including researching and resolving customer issues
Ability to work well with others and build rapport in business situations
Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia & English (ability to speak in Mandarin will be an added advantage)

Roles and Responsibilities:
The job holder will be responsible in promoting the Bank products to customers both existing and new customers. He/She will be managing customer account (SG Market) effectively, providing great experience to customers and delighting customers while building rapport and loyalty.
Achieve monthly targets through acquisition of new customers, upselling and/or cross selling of products through outbound calls.
Ensure prompt and timely call backs are made to clients as committed
Optimise the usage of Diallers and Lead management system to drive greater performance
Support fulfilment of online leads where applicable. E.g. online form drops offs
Drive adoption of digital offerings through promotion during telesales conversations
Apply skills learned via training programs to drive needs-based conversations
Develop a deep understanding of various products offered and process as relevant.
