Requirements
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required, and experience in finance, insurance, and real estate industries is preferred;
- Familiar with the recruitment process and various recruitment channels;
- Familiar with Malaysian labor and personnel policies and regulations;
- Proficient in using various office software;
- Have good communication and coordination skills and teamwork spirit.
Responsibilities
We are an E-commerce platform, We are currently looking for human resource Executive.We not only favor practitioners with experience in the e-commerce industry, but also welcome fresh graduates to join us.
- Responsible for the company's recruitment work, expand the use of effective recruitment channels to meet the needs of employment, and conduct interviews and personnel selection for various recruitment positions;
- Responsible for the analysis of the recruitment effect and the tracking of the recruitment results, and establish the backup talent selection plan and talent reserve mechanism.
- Responsible for the company's new employee induction training, the organization, planning and arrangement of employee activities
- Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
