Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Certificate / Diploma / Degree in any field.
- At least 1 year of working experience in call centre required for this position.
- Experience in handling US based customers is an added advantage.
- Willing to work in permanent night shift (11PM - 8AM), 5 days rotational.
- Fluent in English and capable to handle US customers.
- Good in Mandarin (written & spoken).
Responsibilities
Company Background
We are representing one of our BPO clients (supporting F&B industry, primary on inbound calls related to food order enquiry, system and etc) looking for Customer Service Specialist (English AND Mandarin Speaker) to be based in Kuala Lumpur.
Job Description
- Responsible for answering calls and taking food orders from US based customers.
- Handle clients’ questions over the phone in a professional manner.
- Handle escalated customer interactions in call centre with goal of giving excellent service and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure customer retention and increase business for the clients.
- Work with other co-workers to meet the needs of the company and clients.
- Other duties as assigned by the Team Lead.
