Requirements

  • Candidates must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Bachelor Degree.
  • Courteous with strong customer service oriented.
  • Active listener with excellent communication, interpersonal and rapport building skills.
  • Hardworking and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

  • Have a good understanding of the knowledge of our products in order to advise customers.
  • Must be a strong communicator, with an emphasis on effective listening and empathizing with customers, plus good phone etiquette.
  • Monitor tracking shipments and follow up with the logistics company if necessary.
  • Reply and follow up with customers regarding their product purchase on social media.
  • Handle inquiries from the customers in order to generate sales.
  • Perform any other related duties as assigned.
