Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management. Commerce or equivalent
  • Required Skill(s): MS Office
  • Proficiency in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Willing to learn & initiative
  • Fresh graduate with no experience are encourage to apply

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for coordination of controlled documentation within the Sales Dept.
  • Prepare reports and documents for monthly review
  • Perform administrative task including preparing letters, filling, retrieving documents and etc.
  • Develop and maintain proper filing systems
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Manager when required and/or deemed necessary
