Requirements

  • SPM, Diploma
  • Excellent managerial skills.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and to work well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Requirement language(s) English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

  • To prepare such as monthly Payroll, EPF, Socso and etc.
  • Handling queries phone call, email and general correspondence from customer and other communications.
  • Preparing of full sets of accounts and monthly consolidated accounts.
  • To assist in company monthly documents preparation and ensure document filing.
  • Duties of the administration assistant include providing support to management in daily office needs and managing department general administrative active.
