Responsibilities

Maintain and update customers and suppliers’ data base
Prepare and generate sales invoices and DO
Perform daily data entry into accountancy system and ensure all documents are properly files
Able to manage full set account

• Candidate must possess at least Accountancy or equivalent.
• At least 2years working experience in the related field is required
• Knowledge in Finance – General Accounting is essential
• Meticulous and independent
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and others’ accounting software
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
