Requirements

  • Preferably proficient in English and able to converse and read Mandarin.
  • At least ************* years of working experience in Recruitment.
  • Familiar with job portals, and resourceful in sourcing of candidates from various platforms.
  • Result- oriented, able to multi-task and able to meet tight deadlines.
  • Good interpersonal skills, proactive and independent.
  • Positive and energetic attitude.
  • Ability to perform with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to multi-task with attention to detail and meet deadlines.
  • Perform effectively with variable workloads and priorities to deliver results and meet deadlines.
  • Basic PC knowledge, internet usage, proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Google Drive)

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify recruitment challenges and develop creative recruiting programs to resolve recruitment challenges.
  • To integrate and develop recruitment strategies to best meet the tactical and critical needs of the business.
  • To manage recruitment channels and liaise with regional recruitment agencies.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
  • Nurture a positive working environment.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
  • Being able to handle the tasks assigned by the superior.
