Stable Internet connection with a min upload speed of 1MB and download speed of 5MB
Willing to work on Public Holidays as the operation is 24/7
Willing to work on rotating shift for 9 hours (including 1 hour break)

Convey the proper and accurate meaning from the source with proper clarity, tone, syntax and grammar for both ENGLISH and Mandarin, Cantonese, Arabic, Khmer, Sorani, Karen OR Laotian
Interpret with the highest degree of accuracy and completeness in consecutive, simultaneous and sight translation modes.
Handle professional calls, especially during medical and emergencies situations (e.g. insurance, legal, utilities, etc.).
This role involves complex and technical subjects in Healthcare, Government, Insurance, Finance, Utilities, Travel and Hospitality, 911 emergency services, Law Enforcement, Courts, and General Business.
A one-month training session on interpreting will be held during your first month of joining as an interpreter.
IT starts anytime between 9 pm to 1 am
9 hours per day (including 1-hour break)
5 nights per week
Looking for people who can work based on the American Time Zone. E.g. Start at 10 pm and end at 7 am.
