Requirements

  • Minimum SPM level.
  • Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin and English.  
  • Familiar with accounting software/able to learn fast on how to use accounting software.
  • 5.5 working days per week.
  • Equipped with basic computer skills such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.  

Responsibilities

  • Prepare invoices and delivery orders using accounting software.
  • Data entry and proper filing of documents.  
  • Handle basic accounting functions such as accounts receivable and matching of accounting documents.  
  • Answering phone calls and assist in general administration duties.
