Requirements
- Ability to speak and writing in Mandarin and English is an advantage.
- Fresh Graduates or diploma also can apply.
- Has passion and interest in Sales, Marketing, Branding, Image and Photography services line related
- Ability to communicate with customer well, Good in communication skills
- Outgoing and self-driven personality, love to talk to customers.
- Team work, hardworking, with positive and open mindset
- Demonstrated Skill with Microsoft office, application Excel, Power Point, word etc.
- Excel in word typing, replying messages
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and building great relations with customer to consult on their request.
- Telephone, Whatsapp to respond to customer or to follow up initial sales contact.
- Schedule appointment for consultant to meet with prospective customer.
- Take a lead role on customer service & product quality.
- Play an integral part in contributing towards outlet sales achievement, sales growth and quality customer service
- Keep track of clients feedback, maintain good constant and good connection towards clients.
