JOB TITLE: Business Development Manager (BDM) – Malaysia Market
Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (100% WORK FROM HOME)
Working Days: Monday to Friday; Weekends off
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive client acquisition and revenue growth in the Malaysia market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing key client relationships, and collaborating with recruitment teams to deliver high-quality talent solutions.

Key Responsibilities- • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in any of the - mentioned domains / industry like B2B Sales, Training - Sales within the Malaysia for the position of Business Development Manager - Recruitment (Permanent / One time Hire / Contract Staffing / Leadership Hiring / BPO Hiring).

• Generating leads for increasing business and bringing new Business Clients every month by developing clients (Malaysia Market).
• Identify, negotiate & manage strategic relationships with potential and prospective Clients.
• Coordinating with top level stakeholders among client and develop strong relationship with the client.
• Analyze the client's requirements, discuss and guide the respective recruitment team in terms of profile explanation, sourcing, mapping and head-hunting strategies, etc.
• Hands on and be responsible for the delivery of the talent needed along with the recruitment team by taking onus of closing the positions, meeting delivery and revenue targets.
• Coordinate with client for timely feedback including making repeated visits/ meetings with client.
• Working closely with management in developing strategies to engage potential clients for existing and new client acquisition for Leadership Hiring. Desired Profile.
• Should have excellent contacts with top companies, direct clients, and should be able to get immediate business. Should have the ability to quote and decide on commercials.
• Confident and self-starter with experience in recruitment, staffing services and work under pressure with zeal towards closing any kind of new accounts in no time.
• High degree of drive, self-motivated with excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal skills, etc.
• Tremendous team management capabilities and client co-ordination skills in building excellent rapport with team and clients.
• Good knowledge in the complete recruitment life cycle.
• Analytically good and have good problem solving / cracking capabilities.
• Achieve agreed business development targets and KPIs.
• Manage a prospect network, track and report on progress.
• Any graduates, preferably with hands on experience in Recruitments would be useful.
• Willing to travel internationally whenever need arises .
• Preferably who has worked as a recruiter in the past.
• Should be hands on and individual contributor.
