Job Description

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or related field is the best. Min in SPM qualification is welcome too.

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

  • Knowledge in MS Excel, Word ,PowerPoint

  • Able to work independently, multitask, and meet deadlines under pressure.

Responsibilities

 

  • Assist Senior QS in review tender documents, Bills of Quantities (BQ), and contract documentation.

  • Assist Senior QS in Manage and maintain contract records, timelines, and documentation to ensure compliance.

  • Assist Senior QS in Evaluate and administer variation orders, progress claims, and final accounts.
