Job Summary

The Accounting Executive is responsible to maintain accurate financial records, and ensuring timely communication with both internal and external teams and clients. This role involves handling documentation, supporting account reporting, audit, and tax processes and reporting.

Requirement:

·         Accuracy and attention to detail;

·         Possess at least a bachelor’s degree, Postgraduate in Accounting or professional qualification (ACCA/CIMA/CA/CPA);

·         Advanced computer skills on MS Office, SQL accounting software and database;

·         Results-oriented and proactive;

·         Proven working experience in Manufacturing Accounting would be advantage;

·         Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations;

·         At least 2-3 years of relevant accounting and tax experience,

·         Works well under pressure, tight deadline, and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

·         To prepare accounting records according to the internal and external rules and regulations;

·         To assist in preparing monthly financial and management report;

·         To prepare full set of accounts;

·         To assist in financial reporting preparation;

·         To handle full set of account, audit, and tax processes;

·         To assist in maintaining liaison with external auditor, tax agent, government authorities, etc;

·         To assist in preparing internal and external accounting & tax reports and budgetary.
