Computer literate.
Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin.
Candidate must be willing to learn new skills.
Proactive, self-motivated, quick learner, pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills.
Responsibilities
Invoicing
Issue invoice to customers once goods are ready.
Check invoice.
Verify that all invoices have no outstanding balances before releasing goods to customers.
Upload customer payment slips into the system for accounts verification.
Procurement
Issue PO.
Email to PO to supplier.
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
Explore or search new supplier.
Customer service
inform customers when their orders are ready for pickup.
Handle customer inquiries and issues via the office handphone.
Filter and direct customer messages to the appropriate departments for follow-up.
Logistic
Arrange deliveries for within klang valley customers and handle courier services for outstation customers.
Research and identify new courier services as backups if existing services increase prices or become unreliable.
