Job Description

Requirements

  • Possess at least a Diploma in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1-3 years relevant working experience in accounts, taxation and similar roles.
  • Ability to work independently and self motivated.
  • Possess positive motivated, well organized and able to meet deadlines.
  • Able to written and spoken in Mandarin/Malay/English/.
  • Preferably in UBS accounting software.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel for creating reports, presentations and documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Able to handle full set of accounts and daily accounting task/bookkeeping.
  • Prepare and process invoice, payment and receipts in timely manner.
  • Perform bank reconcile and monitor cash flow.
  • Perform submission & monitoring SST report & Departure.
  • Ensure all documents received are checked, validated, and matched accordingly.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, company policies, and SOP.
  • Manage Tenancy agreement and related documentation.
  • Handle office supplies procurements and inventory
  • Able to liaise with auditors, tax agent, banker, lawyer and other authority.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities which the superior may assign from time to time.
