Job Description
Requirements
○ Meet and exceed quarterly sales targets set for the inside sales team.
○ Conduct outreach to potential leads, presenting and promoting Grab for Business solutions.
○ Validate potential clients, identify their needs, and successfully onboard them to meet
acquisition goals.
○ Foster strong relationships with customers in a tele-sales environment, ensuring
comprehensive service for assigned accounts.
○ Promote and sell additional solutions to the current Grab for Business client base.
Responsibilities
○ Bachelorʼs Degree in any field.
○ At least 13 years of experience in Sales, Telesales, or a related industry.
○ Good command of English and Chinese (both written and verbal).
○ Demonstrated integrity, discipline, and respect in performing duties.
○ Ability to work independently and think strategically when approaching tasks.
○ B2B Sales & handling corporate clients experience is an advantage.
