What We Are Looking For
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or related field is preferred.
Minimum 5–8 years of HR management experience
Strong experience in KPI development, performance management, and organizational improvement
Experience in fast-growing SME, scaling, or transformation environments is highly preferred
Business-oriented mindset with strong understanding of accountability, people performance, and organizational effectiveness
Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and follow-through ability
Comfortable working closely with top management and building systems in an evolving organization
Mature, proactive, structured, and highly organized
Strong understanding of Malaysian labour laws and HR best practices

1. KPI & Organizational Development
Build and improve KPI, performance management, and accountability systems
Work closely with department heads to improve organizational effectiveness and operational efficiency
Support manpower planning, workflow improvement, and organizational structure development
Strengthen performance culture, communication alignment, and execution standards across the organization
2. Talent & Culture
Improve recruitment quality, onboarding, and talent development processes
Build stronger talent pipelines and support leadership development
Support employee performance management, accountability, and team effectiveness
Handle employee relations and workplace matters professionally
3. HR Operations & Compliance
Oversee HR operations, reporting, and manpower analysis
Ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws and HR best practices
Continuously improve HR systems, processes, and operational efficiency
