JOB VACANCY

POSITION - CUSTOMER SERVICE (SEA/AIR)

LOCATION - BUKIT TINGGI, KLANG

SALARY - RM *************

Job Description

· interact ocean liners, seaport authorities, haulage companies, vendors to facilitate smooth transaction of all export/ import/ transhipment by ocean mode.

· Coordinates and respond to all cargo claims issues with customers, liners and port authorities as well as warehouse operator of third party operator.

· Negotiate ocean FCL space allocation for specific account base.

· Maintain effective systems of operations, review and control.

· Implement cost reduction control to increase efficiency and margins.

· Trains develop and motivate team members.

· Maintain and efficient filing system and record keeping.

· Maintain a high level of housekeeping and corporate image.

· Provides training and directions to less experienced staff.

· Provide sales support to sales and operations department.

· Able to assist for both air and sea if needed .

· Perform other duties as and when directed.
