Responsibilities
* Handle customer queries on bookings, cancellations, payments, app issues, and ride experience.
* Provide support via phone, chat, and email.
* Assist drivers with onboarding, document checks, and account activation.
* Manage fare disputes, refund requests, lost & found, and promo code issues.
* Log and resolve complaints within SLA; escalate complex cases when needed.
