Has experience in email marketing, CRM, marketing automation, or event marketing.
Understands the customer journey from lead to registration to attendance.
Can write clear and persuasive marketing copy.
Is comfortable working with tools such as ActiveCampaign, Go High Level, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
Is data-minded and able to read campaign performance.
Can manage multiple event campaigns at the same time.
Has good attention to detail, especially for links, email formatting, contact lists, and campaign scheduling.
Is proactive and does not wait to be chased.
Can work with different teams, including paid ads, sales, social media, design, and events.
Has a positive attitude and takes ownership of results.
Preferred experience:
Experience in event marketing, webinar marketing, seminar marketing, or education/training industry.
Experience managing automated email flows.
Experience writing landing page copy.
Experience with CRM tagging, lead scoring, or pipeline management.
Experience preparing campaign reports.

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who is not just good at sending emails, but someone who understands the full marketing funnel — from lead generation to registration, event attendance, and post-event follow-up.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys email marketing, automation, event campaigns, copywriting, CRM management, and performance tracking.
You will work closely with the Marketing Manager, paid ads team, social media team, sales team, and event team to make sure every campaign is properly planned, launched, tracked, and optimized.
Job Responsibilities:
Plan, write, schedule, and manage email marketing campaigns.
Build and manage email automations in ActiveCampaign.
Manage lead pipelines and campaign follow-ups.
Create event nurture sequences to convert leads into registrations.
Create reminder campaigns to improve event attendance and reduce no-shows.
Manage post-event follow-up campaigns for attendees and no-shows.
Segment leads based on campaign, event interest, behavior, engagement level, and buying stage.
Support landing page copywriting and campaign messaging.
Coordinate with the paid ads team to understand lead quality and campaign performance.
Track leads from paid ads through registration, attendance, and follow-up.
Prepare weekly performance reports for email performance.
Manage database hygiene, tagging, list segmentation, and campaign tracking.
Work with designers to prepare email banners.
Work with the sales or event team to ensure hot leads are followed up properly.
Continuously improve campaign performance based on data.
