Requirements
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage full-cycle recruitment (job posting, sourcing, screening, interview, hiring)
Liaise with department heads on manpower planning and hiring needs
Prepare appointment letters and related documentation
Conduct onboarding and orientation for new employees
Employee Relations
Handle employee inquiries, grievances, and disciplinary matters
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
Maintain positive employee relations and workplace environment
Support employee engagement activities and initiatives
Performance Management
Coordinate performance appraisal processes
Monitor employee performance and provide HR advisory support
Support career development and performance improvement plans
Training & Development
Identify training needs based on organizational requirements
Organize and coordinate internal and external training programs
Maintain training records and documentation
Evaluate training effectiveness and support continuous improvement
Compensation & Benefits
Administer payroll and ensure accuracy
Manage leave, insurance, and employee benefits
Handle statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS)
Process claims and compensation-related matters
HR Administration & Compliance
Maintain employee records and HR database
Prepare HR reports and documentation
Support audits (e.g., ISO 9001:2015)
Ensure compliance with company SOPs and legal requirements
Policy Development & Implementation
Assist in developing and updating HR policies and SOPs
Ensure proper communication and enforcement of policies
Review policies to align with current laws and company needs
Strategic HR Support
Support HR Manager in workforce planning and HR strategies
Contribute to organizational development initiatives
Analyze HR data and suggest improvements
Industrial Relations (IR)
Handle industrial relations matters, including misconduct investigations and disciplinary actions
Manage domestic inquiries and ensure proper documentation and procedures are followed
Liaise with external parties (e.g., labor office, legal advisors) when required
Ensure compliance with Malaysian employment laws and regulations
Advise management on IR best practices to mitigate risks
Responsibilities
Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration or related field
3–5 years HR experience (fresh graduates welcome)
Experience in full-spectrum HR functions
Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws
Familiar with recruitment, payroll, employee relations & HR operations
ISO 9001:2015 audit/compliance experience is an advantage
Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus)
Proficient in Microsoft Office & HR systems
Strong problem-solving, multitasking & organizational skills
Able to handle confidential matters with integrity
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure
Strong teamwork and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
