1.Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification.

2.Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

3.Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and email communication.

4.Good communication skills in English, Mandarin will be an advantage.

5.Able to handle customer enquiries and complaints in a professional manner.

6.Responsible, detail-oriented and willing to learn.

7.Able to work independently and follow instructions properly.

8.Basic accounting or invoice handling experience will be an added advantage.

9.Good time management and able to complete tasks within deadlines.

10.Prior experience in customer service, admin or project support is preferred.

11.Willing to work on shift rotation

1.Handle data entry and maintain accurate project records.

2.Prepare, update and manage project documents using Microsoft Word and Excel.

3.Organize, file and maintain proper documentation and records.

4.Handle daily email communication with internal teams, customers and relevant parties.

5.Assist in basic accounting matters, including invoice preparation and payment records.

6.Follow up on customer enquiries, complaints and project-related issues.

7.Coordinate with internal departments to ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner.

8.Support project administrative tasks and ensure all information is updated properly.
