Possess at lease Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Building or equivalent

Good understanding of construction work activities and sequence of work

Must have the ability to lead a project team for execution of all site activities

Familiar with architectural / engineering design, good communication skills and team player

Able to work independently, highly discipline, responsible, punctual and very duty bound

Assist the Project Co-Ordinator / Manager in dissemination of his roles and duties.

Coordinate and supervise overall site works according work program including but not limited to supervision for direct workers and the sub-contract works, including coordination with C&S / Architectural and M&E works.

Liaise with Client / Consultant for any discrepancy, detail / approval required for the construction works.

Liaise with superior / subordinate / sub-contractor to ensure the awarded construction works to be completed on time and complied with requirement as per contract and complied with the statutory regulation / requirement.

Monitor work program, site activities, site progress and other site matters to superior and manager.

To arrange / organize site inspection with client / consultants / authorities including handing over to client / authorities.

Attend the site briefing and meetings on coordination of all works with client, consultants, subordinates, direct workers and sub-contractors including related safety & health issue at all stages.

To prepare / update / record of site diary, progress claim, report, NCR, inspection & testing and other necessary site record.

Check and verifies direct workers’ day work and sub-contractor progress claim.
