Golden Destinations by ICE HOLIDAYS Sdn Bhd is a leading B2B travel wholesaler in Malaysia, with a unique business model offering ready-made products and packages to partners, backed by established and matured branding. Their marketing concept is to develop marketable travel packages based on market demand and trends, offered through their dynamic B2B booking engine.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Executive to work closely with the Head of Department (HOD) and software engineers. The ideal candidate will assist in gathering requirements from stakeholders, write Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), create GitHub issues, follow up on project progress, and test results to ensure they meet requirements. The role involves coordination with both internal teams and external vendors.

• Gather, analyse, and document business and system requirements from internal stakeholders.

• Prepare detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, and functional specifications.

• Translate requirements into clear and actionable GitHub issues for the development team.

• Work closely with software engineers to clarify requirements and resolve technical queries.

• Track sprint progress, follow up on task completion, and ensure timelines are met.

• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and system testing to verify that deliverables meet documented requirements.

• Record and report test results, bugs, and enhancement requests.

• Coordinate with external vendors or system providers for integrations and project deliverables.

• Monitor project risks, identify potential delays, and escalate issues proactively.

• Maintain proper project documentation, reports, and version control records
